INSANITY - Perform long bursts of maximum-intensity exercises with short periods of rest. Each workout keeps you challenged as you alternate between aerobic and anaerobic intervals performed at your MAX. The result: burn up to 1,000 calories in an hour and get the most insane body EVER! (Modifications are shown in this workout for those not able to perform at full intensity!) 50 minutes.
P90X - Get ripped and bust through plateaus with a variety of resistance training, cardio, plyometrics, martial arts, yoga, and more.
BELLYDANCING BF (BODY FITNESS) - Bellydancing that tones core, strengthens muscles and improves total body flexibility, balance, and awareness!
PIYO - Combines muscle sculpting and core-firming from Pilates with strength and flexibility of flowing yoga to define muscles. Yoga mat is recommended.
