Class Descriptions (all classes are 1 hour unless noted) ZUMBA - Latin dance and fitness moves including merengue, salsa, cumbia, soca, reggaeton, mambo, hip hop, samba, bellydance, flamenco and lots more!
HIP HOP - A combo of dance and fitness moves to hip hop, reggaeton, and rap music for a full intense hour sweatfest!
+ MAX CORE BURN - This extra 15 minute burn session will get you sculpted and toned in your core section. Please bring a mat or towel for floor work.
TWISTED FITNESS - Bellydancing that tones core, strengthens muscles, and improves total body flexibility, balance, and awareness.
