Class Descriptions (all classes are 1 hour unless noted) ZUMBA - Latin dance and fitness moves including merengue, salsa, cumbia, soca, reggaeton, mambo, hip hop, samba, bellydance, flamenco and lots more! * the 1st Monday of every month is HIP HOP with Linda.
HIP HOP - A combo of dance and fitness moves to hip hop, reggaeton, and rap music for a full intense hour sweatfest!
+ MAX CORE BURN - This extra 15 minute burn session will get you sculpted and toned in your core section. Please bring a mat or towel for floor work.
TWISTED FITNESS - Bellydancing that tones core, strengthens muscles, and improves total body flexibility, balance, and awareness.
INSANITY - Perform long bursts of maximum-intensity exercises with short periods of rest. Each workout keeps you challenged as you alternate between aerobic and anaerobic intervals performed at your MAX. The result: burn up to 1,000 calories in an hour and get the most insane body EVER! (Modifications are shown in this workout for those not able to perform at full intensity!)
