**CLASS DESCRIPTIONS**
ZUMBA - Combination of merengue, salsa, cumbia, soca, reggaeton, mambo, bachata, flamenco, and lots more!
ZUMBA PLUS - ZUMBA followed ab work and/or strength & endurance training. Please bring mat or towel for floor work.
HIP HOP (+ABS) - A combination of dance and fitness moves to hip hop, reggaeton, and rap music! Please bring a mat or towel to Wednesday's Hip Hop + ABS class.
ZUMBA/BHANGRA - 30 minutes of ZUMBA followed by 30 minutes of Bhangra (RhythmZ from India mixed with a Bollywood style).
